Y - You Deserved What Had You Usaha, apa ye usaha dlm BI? kamu berhak dapat sebanyak mana kamu usaha, ya...saya berusaha sikit,jd hasilnya sedikit...saya berhak itu dan tidak berhak menyalahkan sesiapa kecuali diri sendiri..

Transformer..DVD..Sims 3..Kreko..Kak Atika?

Seperti tajuk diats, xde pape pun...just ari khamis aritu aku kuar g jejalan SP..

Huhu, igt nk kuar ari Rabu (coz Rabu tuh 24hb, Transformer Revenge of The Fallen kuar....bleh tgk)...tp disebabbkan ada hal, xleh r....ari tu aku kuar g tgk transformer, woooo...best wooo....ntahla, bg aku citer2 cmni mmg best sb aku suka citer2 berunsur fantasy-anime-katun-bebudak skit-robot2....aku bg 5 bintang r kot....

Then pas dh tgk wayang tuh, aku g beli DVD kosong...ciss, kat sini mahal skit dr kat Sg Dua...yg paling murah kat kedai yg aku slalu bli (StarMax Technology),10keping RM13...dhla tak lawa(hahaha, aku cr yg cun2 skit)...huhu...yg lawa skit 10keping RM15....kat sungai dua, 5 keping RM5-6 and kalau 10keping, ada yg RM10-13(tp hrga ni kat satu kedai tuh je, yg aku slalu pegi, kedai lain aku survey, mahal gak...sama mcm kat SP nih)..aku pun x bli dulu, aku g cari DVD Game yg best2 skit...cr punya cr, jumpa la games SIMS 3...huhu...aku pun bli...then aku nmpk ada DVD Kosong, 5 keping RM6...aku pun bli r...

Stage 2 and 3 kot??

Setelah bertungkus lumus memerah otak...susah gak ek rupanya nak mengcopy and edit sesuatu yang sedia ada...ye la, aku budak baru C#...nk edit and analisis kod2 C# dlm tuh...pening maa....

Post sebelum nih aku sebut pasal menu ats2 je...and dengan "OpenFileDialog" skali...ye, command/function untuk openFileDialog yakni function untuk Browse File dalam computer kita, adalah berhasil setakat ini...ia dapat mencari fail2 video dlm komputer, kita yang pilih path folder fail dier....tp yg spoil nyer, just cari tp xleh bc nk watper, bukan leh play pun...hoho

so, aku pun try buat die leh play video, try punya try, huhu bleh play, tp die tak play dlm windows application aku tuh, die bukak satu Windows baru dan Video tuh terpasang dalam tuh....suaranya amatlah slow ye, lebih slow dari Media Player....(ohya, nk promote skit, kalau guna KMPlayer, audio lebih kuat sedikit berbanding video player lain seperti Media Player Classic,Windows MEdia Player dan GOM Player)....

actually, aku lebih byk copy coding die jer,....mula2 aku copy skit2 dan analisis skit, untuk tahu apa function code tuh dan boleh ubah cmna, tp..............x jd, ye, saya tahu, ada code yg memerlukan sesuatu tool dlm design windows kita, saya sudah buat itu tetapi masih tidak berjaya....saya amat pening disini....saya punya video player adlah menggunakan DirectX ye, sewktu tuan empunya mencipta code ini, DirectX9 x kuar g....hmm, papepun...video still leh main...just function2 je kureng skit...

satu g prob, kat contoh palyer tuh, ada tool "ToolBar"...tp yg aku jumpa just "ToolStripBar"...aku tgk function dan cara guna lebih kurang sama je...tp satu je lain...coding dia....kalo yang toolbar, ;
toolbarbutton1.Buttons.........(aku tak igt).....kalo toolstripbar,; toolstripbar1 and then aku buh .Buttons tp xleh...huhu...(ikut suka aku je buh ubah2 mcmtuh,)...ye puan2 dan tuan2...tak jadi ye...jgn main ubah....

papepun, usaha masih diteruskan, tp terjunan kelajuan telah berlaku...dari 100kmph terus ke 50kmph...amatlah slow ye, nasib baik waktu nk slow tuh ada inersia, jd ada la jugak benda skit....

klah, merapu lak....nk online jap...main MafiaWars kat facebook...adios....

Start Back From Scratch...

sifu YAzid, hoho maaf ye...

Kalau WindowsForm Application, just klik kat menu utama tuh, terus kuar menu2 bwh dia dan just klik kat menu2 tuh kalo nk...
dan, satu lagi kelainan....WPF, aku xtau nmk edit tang mana untuk wat bila klik button "Open" kat bwh menu utama, dia akan open Window lain...so,aku kena edit kat Code dan juga kat Code XAML (kot namanya) yang kat bawah designer View tuh...Kalo WindowsFormApplication, just double klik kat dia, akan terus open Code...taip r kat situ...

Ni WPF

Huhu, more to go....banyak lagi nak kena wat....kalo x sempat pun, sekurang kurangnya ada benda2 baru akan aku belajar...

world Record Transfer

Amacam Azri? Ronaldo will be transfer to Real Madrid....hoho, haritu ko kata ko xnk tgk MU lwn dh kalo Ronaldo transfer...

Cristiano Ronaldo,24, is set to seal a world record transfer to the Bernabeu following Sir Alex Ferguson's decision to accept Real's offer for the Portuguese winger. The deal ends Real's two-year pursuit of Ronaldo, who learned of United's acceptance of the bid while in Los Angeles, where he is currently on holiday.

Ronaldo said: "It's flattering when two of the top teams in the world want you to play for them, but I have had my time at Manchester United.

"Now I can look forward to Real Madrid and a new stage in my career.

"I learned about the deal here in Los Angeles and have heard from my people that Manchester United have accepted.

"I am on vacation and will remain in Los Angeles for a bit more, but the deal is historic. £80 million is quite a sum of money."

Real are ready to send a medical team to Los Angeles to assess Ronaldo's fitness following his withdrawal from Portugal's squad for the midweek friendly against Estonia due to a suspected hernia problem.

But the player insists that he will be fit to start pre-season training with his new club after ruling out the need for surgery.

Ronaldo said: "I have been told that Madrid want to have a medical team look at me as expected, but I do not require a surgery. The hernia is nothing to worry about."

What Ronaldo said about Real

"I want to play for Real Madrid, but only if it is true they are eager to pay me and Manchester United what they have been saying they will." June 2008

"I agree with what Sepp Blatter said [about football slaves]. It's true. I agree with what the president of Fifa said. What he said is correct." July 2008

"Before any rumours emerge that I'm unhappy to stay at United I want to make one thing clear, and that is that anyone who says that is lying."
Aug 2008

"I am happy at the club, I want to stay here. I feel at home here. I feel very happy here." Jan 2009

"I'm no longer thinking of Madrid. That dream is dead. The only thing I dream about now is Manchester United and winning the Champions League again in Rome." May 2009

"I'm sure Perez would create an incredible team at Madrid but at the moment I'm at United and I don't care about what happens there. I only care about what will happen next season at Manchester United." May 2009

United v Real... No love lost

"Their [the Glazer family's] attitude is 'To hell with them'. They'd sit a player in the stand, I'm telling you, absolutely no doubt about it, just to prove a point." Sir Alex Ferguson, United manager, June 2008

"I won't waste time answering him [Ferguson]. I admire his history, but recently he has gone a bit senile." Ramon Calderon, former president of Real Madrid, Oct 2008

"I wouldn't sell that mob a virus." Ferguson, Dec 2008

"Anyone who becomes the next president will have at his disposal one of the best players in the world, who is already formally committed to Real Madrid...thanks to the difficult and laborious work that I did last year." Calderon, April 2009

"All the talk about Cristiano was coming from Calderon. He is a dinosaur. He has been buried." Ferguson, April 2009

How Our Tech Resume Should be Differ From General Resume

Resume writing has almost become a science. There are a gazillion companies out there that exist only to help people create resumes that will garner interviews. While many of the standard resume suggestions work for any type of resume, there a few tweaks you’ll need to make in order to create a resume specifically for a position in IT. Here are some things to keep in mind when creating a tech resume:

  1. You don’t have to stick with one page. Many sources will tell you a one-page resume is better, but that’s not necessarily true for a tech resume. For an IT position, you’ll need to showcase your technical skills as well as your customer-centric skills, so don’t be afraid to go to two pages. But try to keep it to two.
  2. On the first page of your resume, include a summary of your qualifications. This is information not bound by dates of employment. You’re simply outlining your background and your general strengths.
  3. Also on the first page, outline only your top qualifications. Focus on your familiarity with modern and emerging technology and don’t waste space on outmoded stuff. No hiring manager is going to care much about your expert knowledge of Windows NT.
  4. Fill your online resume with lots of keywords. Hiring managers, in an effort to cut to the chase, may electronically search your resumes for the terms they’re looking for.
  5. Run spell check but don’t trust it. Spell checking won’t flag correctly spelled words used incorrectly and may not catch tech terms and proper product names that are not part of the dictionary. For products, be sure to use the manufacturer’s spelling. Nothing kills your credibility faster than to say you’ve worked with a technology for years when that technology or acronym is incorrect on your resume.

Ten IT Certificate

The IT certificate is different from that for another technology professional with different education, skills, and goals working at a different company in a different industry. For that reason, when pursuing any professional accreditation, we should give much thought and care to our education, experience, skills, goals, and desired career path.

For us, CSUSM ( Computer Science of University Sains Malaysia) student, we need to possess CCNA certificate if we want to majoring in Network.

This is 10 best IT certification but this list may not include the 10 best accreditations for us,it does catalog 10 IT certifications that possess significant value for a wide range of technology professional. This report are from Techrepublic Report dated December 10,2008. There are debate which should be put in the Best 10, such as favorite and popular designations such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) certification.

1 - MCITP
The new-generation Microsoft Certified IT Professional credential, or MCITP for short, is likely to become the next big Microsoft certification. Available for a variety of fields of expertise—including database developer, database administrator, enterprise messaging administrator, and server administrator—an MCITP validates a professional’s proven job-role capabilities. Candidates must pass several Microsoft exams that track directly to their job role before earning the new designation.
As with Microsoft’s other new-generation accreditations, the MCITP certification will retire when Microsoft suspends mainstream support for the platforms targeted within the MCITP exams. By matching the new certification to popular job roles, as has been done to some extent with CompTIA’s Server+ (server administrator), Project+ (project manager), and A+ (desktop support) certifications, Microsoft has created a new certification that’s certain to prove timely, relevant, and valuable.

2 - MCTS
The new-generation Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) helps IT staff validate skills in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a specific Microsoft technology. The MCTS certifications are designed to communicate the skills and expertise a holder possesses on a specific platform.
For example, candidates won’t earn an MCTS on SQL Server 2008. Instead, they'll earn an MCTS covering SQL Server business intelligence (MCTS: SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence), database creation (MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Database Development), or SQL server administration (MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance).
These new certifications require passing multiple, tightly targeted exams that focus on specific responsibilities on specific platforms. MCTS designations will expire when Microsoft suspends mainstream support for the corresponding platform. These changes, as with other new-generation Microsoft certifications, add value to the accreditation.

3 - Security+
Security continues to be a critical topic. That’s not going to change. In fact, its importance is only going to grow. One of the quickest ways to lose shareholder value, client confidence, and sales is to suffer a data breach. And no self-respecting technology professional wants to be responsible for such a breach.
CompTIA’s Security+ accreditation provides a respected, vendor-neutral foundation for industry staff (with at least two years of experience) seeking to demonstrate proficiency with security fundamentals. While the Security+ accreditation consists of just a single exam, it could be argued that any IT employee charged with managing client data or other sensitive information should, at a minimum, possess this accreditation. The importance of ensuring staff are properly educated as to systems security, network infrastructure, access control, auditing, and organizational security principles is simply too important to take for granted.

4 - MCPD
There’s more to information technology than just administration, support, and networking. Someone must create and maintain the applications and programs that power organizations. That’s where the new-generation Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) credential comes into play.
The MCPD accreditation measures a developer’s ability to build and maintain software solutions using Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. Split into three certification paths (Windows Developer 3.5, ASP.NET Developer 3.5, and Enterprise Applications Developer 3.5), the credential targets IT professionals tasked with designing, optimizing, and operating those Microsoft technologies to fulfill business needs.
A redesigned certification aimed at better-measuring real-world skills and expertise, the MCPD will prove important for developers and programmers. Besides requiring candidates to pass several exams, the MCPD certification will retire when Microsoft suspends mainstream support for the corresponding platform. The change is designed to ensure the MCPD certification remains relevant, which is certain to further increase its value.

5 - CCNA
The Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) accreditation captures most of the networking company’s certification glory. But the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) might prove more realistic within many organizations.
In a world in which Microsoft and Linux administrators are also often expected to be networking experts, many companies don’t have the budgets necessary to train (or employ) a CCIE. But even small and midsize corporations can benefit from having their technology professionals earn basic proficiency administering Cisco equipment, as demonstrated by earning a CCNA accreditation.
As smaller companies become increasingly dependent upon remote access technologies, basic Cisco systems skills are bound to become more important. Although many smaller organizations will never have the complexity or workload necessary to keep a CCIE busy, Cisco’s CCNA is a strong accreditation for technology professionals with a few years’ experience seeking to grow and improve their networking skills.

6 - A+
Technology professionals with solid hardware and support skills are becoming tougher to find. There’s not much glory in digging elbow-deep into a desktop box or troubleshooting Windows boot errors. But those skills are essential to keeping companies running.
Adding CompTIA’s A+ certification to a resume tells hiring managers and department heads that you have proven support expertise. Whether an organization requires desktop installation, problem diagnosis, preventive maintenance, or computer or network error troubleshooting, many organizations have found A+-certified technicians to be more productive than their noncertified counterparts.
Changes to the A+ certification, which requires passing multiple exams, are aimed at keeping the popular credential relevant. Basic prerequisite requirements are now followed by testing that covers specific fields of expertise (such as IT, remote support, or depot technician). The accreditation is aimed at those working in desktop support, on help desks, and in the field, and while many of these staffers are new to the industry, the importance of an A+ certification should not be overlooked.

7 - PMP
Some accreditations gain value by targeting specific skills and expertise. The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a great example.
The Project Management Institute (PMI), a nonprofit organization that serves as a leading membership association for project management practitioners, maintains the PMP exam. The certification measures a candidate’s project management expertise by validating skills and knowledge required to plan, execute, budget, and lead a technology project. Eligible candidates must have five years of project management experience or three years of project management experience and 35 hours of related education.
As organizations battle tough economic conditions, having proven project scheduling, budgeting, and management skills will only grow in importance. The PMI’s PMP credential is a perfect conduit for demonstrating that expertise on a resume.

8 - MCSE/MCSA
Even years after their introduction, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) credentials remain valuable. But it's important to avoid interpreting these accreditations as meaning the holders are all-knowing gurus, as that’s usually untrue.
In my mind, the MCSE and MCSA hold value because they demonstrate the holder’s capacity to complete a long and comprehensive education, training, and certification program requiring intensive study. Further, these certifications validate a wide range of relevant expertise (from client and server administration to security issues) on specific, widely used platforms.
Also important is the fact that these certifications tend to indicate holders have been working within the technology field for a long time. There’s no substitute for actual hands-on experience. Many MCSEs and MCSAs hold their certifications on Windows 2000 or Windows Server 2003 platforms, meaning they’ve been working within the industry for many years. While these certifications will be replaced by Microsoft’s new-generation credentials, they remain an important measure of foundational skills on Windows platforms.

9 - CISSP
As mentioned with the Security+ accreditation earlier, security is only going to grow in importance. Whatever an organization’s mission, product, or service, security is paramount.
(ISC)², which administers the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accreditation, has built a respected, vendor-neutral security certification. Designed for industry pros with at least five years of full-time experience, and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the CISSP is internationally recognized for validating candidates' expertise with operations and network and physical security, as well as their ability to manage risk and understand legal compliance responsibilities and other security-related elements.

10 - Linux+
While pursuing my first Microsoft certification 10 years ago, I remember debating the importance of Linux with several telecommunications technicians. They mocked the investment I was making in learning Microsoft technologies. These techs were confident Linux was going to displace Windows.
Well, didn’t happen. Linux continues to make inroads, though. The open source alternative is an important platform. Those professionals who have Linux expertise and want to formalize that skill set will do well adding CompTIA’s Linux+ certification to their resumes.
The vendor-neutral exam, which validates basic Linux client and server skills, is designed for professionals with at least six to 12 months of hands-on Linux experience. In addition to being vendor-neutral, the exam is also distribution neutral (meaning the skills it covers work well whether a candidate is administering Red Hat, SUSE, or Ubuntu systems).
